How much does a man with a van cost in Newcastle?
A single local item costs £35–£55, a two-person team is £45–£60 an hour, and a one-bedroom flat usually costs £120–£220. Every job gets a fixed price before you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry Goods in Transit insurance and Public Liability insurance, and certificates are available on request before your move.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, North and South Tyneside and Northumberland as far as Alnwick and Hexham, plus long-distance moves across the UK and to Spain.
How quickly can you come?
We often have same-week slots and sometimes same-day ones. Weekends and month-ends book up first, so call early for those.
Do you take things to the tip?
Yes. We are a registered waste carrier, so we can legally take household waste and furniture away, and we reuse or recycle before anything goes to disposal.
When are you open?
Seven days a week, 7am to 8pm, including most bank holidays. Calls and messages are answered by the family, not a call centre.
