Quotes
Our quotes are fixed for the job described. If the job changes — more items, different addresses, or access that was not mentioned — we will tell you before any extra cost applies.
Bookings and deposits
Larger moves are secured with a deposit, which is deducted from the final bill. Small man-and-van jobs are paid on completion.
Cancellations and changes
You can move or cancel a booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time. Within 72 hours the deposit may be retained to cover the crew and van we have held for you.
Access and parking
Please tell us about stairs, lifts, parking restrictions and anything that affects access at either address. Where a permit or suspension is needed we will tell you which, and the cost is yours.
Items we cannot carry
We do not carry hazardous materials, gas bottles, fuel, firearms, perishable food, live animals, cash or jewellery. Please keep important documents and valuables with you.
Liability and insurance
We carry Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance. Items packed by the customer are covered for damage caused by our handling but not for damage from inadequate packing. Please report any damage within seven days.
Payment
Payment is due on completion by card, bank transfer or cash unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Waste and clearances
Waste is carried under our waste carrier registration and taken only to licensed sites. A waste transfer note is available for every load.
