What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, collection and delivery postcodes, preferred date and the details you give us about the job. When you book, we also keep the addresses, invoice and payment records needed to deliver the service.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the move you book (performance of a contract), and to keep financial records we are required to keep by law (legal obligation). We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run this website and our email, which process it on our behalf, and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
